HR Assistant
H9 Human Resources are exclusively partnering a leading organisation looking to hire for a HR Assistant to join their team.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational HR aspects of the site. You will work closely with the HR Manager on an ongoing basis taking a lead role in generalist HR duties and recruitment. The position will be the focal point for all HR admin.
Dutie
- Personnel service such as training, travel, compliance, administration, as well as supporting corporate HR policies and initiatives
- All HR paperwork and contracts
- Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR team in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Ensures that full and complete records be maintained of all starts, finishes, work records, warnings, final assessment disputes, meetings etc.
- Any admin in relation to HR.
Personal Qualifications
- Previous experience in a HR role
- Excellent administrative skills
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Solution orientated
- Good forward planner
- Good communicator
- Excellent motivational
This role requires to be onsite Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
