HR Business Partner 

We’re looking for a self-sufficient, experienced HR Business Partner - To start asap; for 1-2 months; Hybrid working 
Salary up to 50K

Who will you be working for?
Our Client is an innovative global think tank.

What you will be doing?
The HR Business Partner will partner with and be responsible and accountable for all human resources operations of a specified area within the clients areas; and ensure these are aligned with the business model and goals. They will work with senior management of assigned areas to:
  • To provide a pro-active, professional, effective and value-added HR service to the managers and staff of the Institute and as HR Business Partner to an assigned client group. Deputise for the Chief People Officer as required.
  • provide HR advice relating to each stage of the employment-life cycle;
  • analyse trends and metrics and make recommendations to help develop high performing teams;
  • consult on and help resolve complex employee relations issues;
  • advise on wellbeing issues and solutions;
  • help line managers create optimal employee engagement;
  • take the lead on designated HR projects
About you?
You will have your CIPD, and have great HR practice including UK employment law. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience of working at an HR Manager/BP level
  • Experience of successfully managing complex HR related
    projects from inception through to successful implementation
  • Experience of developing HR systems and Databases
  • Highly articulate with excellent drafting skills,
    strong interpersonal and presentational skills 
  • Contribute to and enhance team working in HR and take
    responsibility as team member 
  • Advanced IT skills, including in use of HR
    databases and excel
