HR Business Partner / HR Advisor - Leatherhead, Surrey

* Salary £40,000 (parking onsite) plus benefits including hybrid working, 25 days annual leave and retail discounts

A lovely charity in the health and social care sector are looking for an HR Business partner / Senior Advisor. Working as part of a supportive team you will be responsible for the following:

- Providing coaching and guidance to leadership team and staff

- Managing employee relations cases

- Supporting in the attraction of talent and recruitment (working with the HR Advisor to screen candidates and advertise roles across social media)

- Ensure L&D needs or the organisation are met and commission training  

- Working to ensure excellence and continuous improvement across HR services

- Reporting on HR data and metrics

- Develop policies and procedures and ensure strategic objectives are met

To be considered suitable you will need to have previous HR Advisor / HR Business Partner experience along with strong operational experience across core HR principles (employee relations, resourcing, performance and development needs and organisational change). You will also need the following:

- Strong ability to build relationships and manage internal stakeholders

- Ideally CIPD qualified

- Good knowledge of employment legislation 

- Knowledge of employee health and wellbeing initiatives
