HR Business Partner - Mostly Home Based

Our client are searching for a driven and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Preston. This exciting role will see you working remotely for most of the week, with bi-monthly visits to the Preston office, offering you the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration.
About You:
- You'll either possess a minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, or be a strong Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up into a BP role
- You're a confident and strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver impactful HR initiatives.
- You have a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- You're an excellent communicator with a knack for building strong relationships at all levels.
- You're proficient in HR software and systems.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish a challenge.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR solutions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure they attract and retain top talent.
- Champion a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum.
- A flexible working arrangement - primarily home-based with bi-monthly visits to our Preston office.
