HR Business Partner

An exciting position has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading Regulatory Body that are at the forefront of the Healthcare Industry.  

The role will involve working with key stakeholders to help implement effective people strategies and activities within the Organisation.  

Key responsibilities:

• Providing HR professional leadership to a specified client group through strong relationships
• Working inclusively and collaboratively with all stakeholders
• Shaping and embedding the desired Organisation culture
• Supporting and advising managers to attract, retain and motivate an excellent professional services workforce
• Developing and ensuring adherence with all relevant statutory and organisational policies and processes  
• Undertaking research to develop solutions and be able to use data, metrics, and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across business areas
• Ensuring the promotion of Organisation values and its behavioural framework and constructively challenge behaviour where it operates outside of our values and behaviours
• Providing a generalist human resources management advisory service to all colleagues
• Ensuring the effective management of employee lifecycle processes
• Along with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Systems & Services Manager, support the implementation of the new HR information system to realise all the benefits of this platform

  Successful candidate profile:

• CIPD level 7 is desirable
• Excellent HR knowledge of employment legislation
• Strong management training skills
• Previous EDI experience
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 per annum + excellent benefits
