A well-established manufacturing/engineering business is seeking a highly capable and confident HR Business Partner.
Working as part of an established team – and reporting to the HR Manager - the HRBP will be responsible for providing a generalist service primarily working with support functions across the organisation; as such you will oversee the delivery of a HR service to c200 employees (all UK based).
Covering the entire HR lifecycle, you will be adept at managing multiple issues at once, as well as having a track record of delivering on a number of HR projects. You will be able to highlight your commercial awareness when managing HR issues, and being able to educate and influence stakeholders when it comes to all things HR related.
My client is seeking a proactive, outgoing HR Business Partner that truly understands how a HRBP can add value to an organisation.
My client offers hybrid working with an expectation to be on site 3 days per week.
