Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in Leicestershire. With a workforce of 250 employees, we are a thriving company committed to excellence and innovation in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert HR advice and support.
- Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- Oversee performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and influence senior management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- CIPD level 5 or above
