About the Company

A leading law firm are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegial team and work on interesting projects.

About the Role

This is a broad generalist role offering the full generalist remit, partnering with a mix of fee earning and business services groups. Duties include:

  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
  • Working on employee relations matters
  • Advising on policies and procedures
  • Driving forward the firm’s people agenda P
  • erformance management
  • Managing the reward and bonus review process
  • Review and present metrics
  • Projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Manager/Business Partner level within a law firm and preferably be CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships is essential.
