A position has arisen for a HR Business Partner in Northampton. This is a full-time position on a 12-month maternity cover.

The position is to enable the achievement of HR and organisational objectives and influence improvements across the individual areas, the institution, and the HR service.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business dynamics.
  • Provide strategic HR support to drive value-added interventions.
  • Aim to achieve HR and organizational goals, influencing positive changes.
  • Work in unison with HR Advisors and Assistants to form a cohesive Business Partnering team.
  • Lead and support organisation-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality HR services focused on customer satisfaction.

Criteria:

  • Proven HR experience, with a track record of successful interventions in people management.
  • Skilled in advising senior leadership on HR strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficient in leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
  • Current knowledge of Asylum & Immigration regulations, adept at managing visa processes and sponsorship duties.
  • Experienced in engaging with trade unions and staff representatives
