HR Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be searching for a commercially focused Human Resources Business Partner for an established Professional Services company based in Sheffield.

Key responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner include:

• Providing extensive Human Resources support covering all aspects, such as providing advice and guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislation
• Leading a range of organisational development projects
• Working closely with the Site Senior Leadership Team to embed the culture and values that are key to the business
• Supporting employee engagement to ensure the best performance in a motivating environment

What we are looking for:

• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Proven track record in HR ideally from a professional services environment
• Experience of successfully managing HR teams
• Experience of implementing change- practical, technical and strategic
• Ability to influence and understand SLT objectives
