Are you an experienced HR Advisor, looking for the next step in your HR career? Do you want the chance to develop your HR strategy skills? Or perhaps you are already operating at HR Business Partner level but fancy a change of pace from your current role? Well then, this may just be the perfect role for you!

I am excited to be working with this client in the IT sector, looking for an experienced HR professional to join their Operational team. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you will get the chance to deliver on key HR strategy initiatives and drive the HR function forward.

The role's responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of the HR strategy by partnering with key stakeholders across the business
• Work on employee engagement, change management, performance management and other key HR projects
• Manage ER case work as and when required
• Develop and manage HR policies, and promote HR 'best practice' across the business
• Work closely with the L&D team to deliver on training programs for the business
• Report on key HR data and metrics to help inform the most efficient HR procedures
• Comfortable travelling to different sites across the Midlands as and when required

Sounds fab...but what does the ideal candidate look like?

• Strong HR experience, operating at advisor level or above, looking for their next challenge with a reputable business.
• Competent with ER casework and policy development and advising
• CIPD qualification is desirable
• Excellent employment law knowledge
• Experience in the technology or professional services sector is desirable, though not essential
• Experience with restructures and change is also desirable
