HR Business Partner - Charity - £43,000 -South East London with hybrid working

This is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a charity providing vital services across London.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for a providing a high quality HR service and providing guidance on HR best practice.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Leading on HR casework and employee relations issues including performance, grievances, TUPE, restructures, and sickness absence
  • Driving line manager capability and providing management coaching on complex or performance related cases
  • Providing timely and accurate HR information, reports and analysis
  • Supporting the diversity, inclusion, culture and wellbeing agendas
  • Managing, motivating and developing an HR Coordinator


You should be an experienced HR Generalist or an HR Business Partner with a track record of working in the charity or not for profit sectors. Your strengths will include:-

  • An excellent knowledge of UK employment law and experience of managing complex ER cases
  • Experience of using HR data to provide insights that drive the strategic HR plan
  • Strong communication skills and an attention to detail
  • Ability to coach and upskill managers
