HR Business Partner

Our client are a well known, muliti site, dynamic business looking for an ambitious People Partner to join them.

Responsible for business partnering with the Management team, in order to support them in building their people capability, planning and managing talent and developing approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives.

The Business Partner will be commercially minded and understand the requirements and challenges in order to provide full generalist HR support to all employees in our support functions. This is a HR generalist role which will include supporting recruitment, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing.

You are commercial and practical, with proven experience supporting people processes in a fast-paced business.
