The successful HR Business Partner will involve collaborating with the Human Resources Director and our dedicated HR team to deliver people-centric initiatives that empower and drive our local business strategy.

The role will involve:

  • Contribute to our business strategy, track progress against key people indicators, and deliver strategic people activities.
  • Champion our health, safety, and environmental programs, and support wellbeing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the local talent market, participate in key appointments, and support talent development.
  • Ensure understanding and support for our people programs, and partner with specialists to build capability and competence.
  • Use data and engagement to diagnose organizational issues, execute employee/industrial relations strategy, and support improvement processes.

To be successful in this role of HR Business Partner we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • Proficient in English and knowledge of French or Spanish.
  • You're comfortable working in a modern centralized operating model.
  • You have strong knowledge of HR principles and practices and experience managing labor relations in Europe.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
