HRBP / HR Advisor, Tyne and Wear

Salary up to £40,000

My client is a leading Tech organisation who are looking to expand their current HR Team and as such, have an immediate requirement for an experienced HR professional to join their incredibly busy HR function. This is a brand new role and therefore a real chance for someone to put their own stamp on it!

The successful candidate will work in partnership with line managers, stakeholders and HR colleagues to help shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business. You will also advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across the business.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

- Provide guidance and support to line managers on ER issues

- Attract, recruit and onboard talent

- Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop solutions

- Provide guidance on salary reviews and ensure alignment with market trends

- Analyse and report HR information to support with benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions. Ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied through the provision of management information

- Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management

- Promote a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion

Criteria:

- Strong experience gained within HR

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ideally CIPD qualified

- Ideally relevant HR experience gained within software / tech / IT solutions
