The Role

As HR Business Partner / HRBP, managing frontline HR will be high on your agenda. This varied role will include establishing best practice, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, analysis of key people data and compliance. You will:

  • Ensure the deployment of HR processes, ensuring they deliver intended benefit
  • Foster strong stakeholder engagement networks both internally and externally
  • Support people development across the business
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Handle investigations and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
  • Carry out process reviews and policy updates ensuring they are relevant and up to date
  • Provide line managers with support and advice
  • Provide data analysis of key people data to support projects and improve on current practices as well as monitor, update and provide regular updates on People metrics
  • Contribute to and drive the people strategy
  • Provide support in the implementation of key projects and initiatives

The Company

Our client is a family-owned specialist recovery and accommodation services business in the Southwest. They specialise in providing community-based solutions to people with diagnosed mental health conditions or complex, unmet needs. They pride themselves in offering bespoke and individual support and accommodation packages.

The Person

As HR Business Partner / HRBP you will have strong HR generalist experience at this level working across the full employee lifecycle. With experience working in a people facing role balancing the needs of the business with a practical 'hands on' delivery approach, you will have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
  • In depth UK Employment law knowledge
  • Experience in the use of software and microsoft 365 packages
  • Possess a naturally approachable style, focussed on results with the ability to be influential and resilient.
