HR Business Partner
We have a 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global financial services organisation supporting on both operational and strategic HR.
You will have solid foundation as an HR Generalist from the financial services sector with recent Business Partnering experience. The role will encompass Employee Relations, Talent Management and Talent Development.
You will be working with a highly collaborative team on the following:
- Support managers with people management including employee relations advice and guidance, changes to employment terms, workforce planning, pay & rewards, performance objectives and appraisals, and general guidance with UK employment legislation
- Provide advice on the development and implementation of HR processes and policies
- Design, deliver and implement performance management
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all areas of the employee life cycle
- Provide support on talent management and development initiatives such as implementing and advising on job levelling frameworks and career development pathways
- Work with functional leadership teams to embed a high performance culture
- Collaborate with other HR team members to regularly review and interpret data collected from employee engagement and D&I surveys, and help to identify any trends, risks, and opportunities for HR to further improve the culture and workplace
As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:
- Experience of working in an HR Generalist role ideally within financial services with good knowledge of regulation and compliance in this sector
- Excellent knowledge and experience across Employee Relations and Employment Law
- Demonstrated skills/experience in organisational change, talent development & performance management
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- CIPD or relevant professional HR qualification
