Proactive Personnel are excited to be working with an industry leading manufacturing business to recruit for a HR Business Partner to join their long-standing team based in Deeside.

The HR Business Partner will be supporting and working closely with the HR Director and senior leadership team, providing guidance in executing the HR strategy across the business. The role is full time, permanent and would suit a senior HR professional who has ideally worked within a busy operations environment for over 3 years.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs in line with company goals
  • Executing HR strategy that aligns to the business regarding HR policies.
  • Using HR Metrics to provide effective data driven solutions.
  • Identifying areas of opportunities for the business
  • Supporting daily employee related activities
  • Providing support and training on various HR topics

HR Business Partner Requirements :

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Minimum of 3 years Senior HR experience within a operations environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the business
  • Accountable and action-orientated
  • Strong generalist/BP background with a emphasis on talent management and transformation would be beneficial
