HR Business Partner required for leading Hospitality group in West London.

This role will report directly into the Head of HR and you will work together in the HQ in Central Middlesex to assist Restaurant Managers with day to day training of Restaurant Managers to encourage a positive employee experience.

Duties will include managing HR initiatives and processes as well as assisting the HR Managers with effective decision-making as well as updates on employment legislation and supporting with the Employee lifecycle.

Reporting will be a part of your role analysing HR metrics and organisation-related data to analyse employee trends.

You will work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Line Managers on Performance Management ans support key Business Managers develop business plans.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR, having at least several years experience at HR Advisor/HR Business Partner level who can also work closely with the line managers to identidy key talent while building plans to future proof the business.

You will be a self-starter and be able to use your initiative working as part of a team while being empathetic with excellent organisational and time management skills and a good knowledge of MS office skills.

This role is based 5 days in the office 9-5.30pm, 5 minutes from the tube, there is also a car park space available on site.
