  • Work with Health & Safety to ensure occupational health monitoring and implement recommendations.

Budget Management and Reporting:

  • Undertake HR and KPI reporting as required.
  • Participate in the local budgeting process.

Managing Relations with Operational Flexible Labour Provider:

  • Experienced in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Confident, resilient, and solution-oriented.
  • Skilled in managing operational and cultural change.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving improvements.

This would suit a senior HR Advisor looking for a step up or a HR Business Partner who isn’t afraid to role their sleeves up and get stuck into the operational side of HR as they go through the transformation period with long term opportunity to get involved in some really exciting projects!
