Interim role for 4-6 months

Elevation Recruitment Group – HR Division are now working with an established Insurance provider in Sheffield who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on an interim basis.

Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be key in:

  • Providing extensive Human Resources support covering all aspects, such as providing advice and guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislation, both UK and internationally
  • Taking the lead on Employee Relations, as well as Employee Engagement initiatives
  • Utilising MI and data reporting to set priorities and roll out communications to the wider business
  • Conducting pay reviews and salary benchmarking projects
