HR Business Partner required for a 12 week interim role in central Newcastle. This is to manage a busy caseload of employee relations activity.

The Role

This is a large organisation and the hours are full-time with hybrid working available at 3 days at home and 2 in the office.

Duties will include overseeing disciplinaries, grievances, probation reviews, performance improvement meetings, SOSR cases, long term sickness, frequent absence and ill health capability. There are also some employment tribunals, change management and restructures/TUPEs.

This is a great team and with a strong leader and a number of HR Advisers for support.

The hourly rate is £21.00 PAYE and there could be some flexibility for a particularly strong candidate.

The Person

Applicants will ideally be CIPD qualified but they absolutely must have substantial employee relations experience and be comfortable in a large organisation. It is anticipated that there may be a permanent role further down the line which the successful temporary worker will be welcome to apply for.

Remuneration

£21.00 per hour.

This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
