A service organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting an HR & Business Support Assistant to join their team.

Working for a growing SME in a newly created roe, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management, sales and operations team
  • Work with management to review and update HR policies and procedures
  • Manage and process security clearance applications
  • Support with employee onboarding and inductions
  • Report writing
  • Database administration
  • Deal with external queries
  • Process sales orders

Previous experience of working in an administrative role (preferably with some HR duties) is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload effectively.
