Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? If you have a comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and a proven track record of managing complex HR cases, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As an HR Case Manager, you will provide professional guidance and support to managers at all levels, focusing on achieving the best outcomes for both the organisation and its employees. You will handle a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritising activities to meet deadlines. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide face-to-face support and act as the HR lead on complex people matters.

To excel in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Your style should be clear, engaging, coaching, and collaborative. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and guidelines while offering pragmatic solutions to managers within the legal and regulatory framework.

In addition, you will have the chance to coach managers in various aspects of people management and contribute to building capability within a coaching framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and support to managers across the organisation
Manage a portfolio of complex HR cases
Facilitate face-to-face meetings and hearings when required
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
Maintain accurate case management records

Requirements:

Proven track record in managing complex HR cases
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
CIPD qualification (Level 7) preferred
Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Flexible and agile working style
Full UK driving licence
