A very exciting opportunity for a HR and People Coordinator has come up to join a brilliant team based in Woking. The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager and the wider team with any payroll, on boarding and HR administration support.

The purpose of the HR Coordinator is to:

Oversee the full employee life cycle

Monthly payroll for both consolidating data and entry onto internal payroll systems

Co-ordination of recruitment activities

Be responsible for offer letters, contracts, referencing and IT

Oversee On boarding experience of all new staff

Take responsibility of making sure the office have Assist with internal employee correspondence and announcements

Managing the HR inbox

Support with weekly anniversary, probation, performance review emails

Assist with the implementation, management and reporting of reward and recognition schemes

Be responsible for work anniversaries etc.

Oversee amendments to Contracts and working agreements

Manage and oversee the maintenance of employee records

Update policies as appropriate in line with Government guidance

Deal with resignations and scheduling exit interview

To be considered the HR Coordinator will:

Be looking to enhance their career in HR

Ideally be working towards CIPD

Have previous payroll experience in a busy setting

Maintain excellent attention to detail

Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills
