Description
The successful HR Co-Ordinator will:
- Collaborate with the HR Support team to provide high quality service to contracted customers via video calls, email and phone.
- Manage and conduct annual review meetings with customers.
- Maintain a strong professionalism when meeting with customers via video call.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand and values.
- Update and maintain the internal system with customer details.
- Work with customers to update HR policies and procedures according to changes in employment law.
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy with innovative video solutions.
Profile
A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:
- A strong understanding of HR and previous experience in a HR function.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent administration skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- An understanding of HR processes.
