Description

The successful HR Co-Ordinator will:

  • Collaborate with the HR Support team to provide high quality service to contracted customers via video calls, email and phone.
  • Manage and conduct annual review meetings with customers.
  • Maintain a strong professionalism when meeting with customers via video call.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand and values.
  • Update and maintain the internal system with customer details.
  • Work with customers to update HR policies and procedures according to changes in employment law.
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy with innovative video solutions.

Profile

A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR and previous experience in a HR function.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • An understanding of HR processes.
