A unique opportunity to join an existing HR Consultancy as HR Consultant to help set up a new Division within this well-regarded HR Consultancy team to focus on the Private Health Care Sector.

Salary up to £65k + Benefits.

Birmingham base, with hybrid working and some national travel.

Reporting into and working closely with the Head of HR, as the HR Consultant you will help develop a client base and then provide the full range of generalist support to your clients. You will have a real opportunity to shape and develop the role, with the potential for you to recruit and develop a team. The role will include attending networking and Sector based Events, writing blogs and articles for external publication, as well as writing tenders and then providing HR advice and guidance to a range of clients, across the broad spectrum of HR.

As HR Consultant you will demonstrate tenacity and drive and most likely to have come from a HR Business Partnering role where you are used to developing strong stakeholder relations across a number of individuals.
