HR CONSULTANT - 1 DAY PER WEEK OR AD HOC BASIS - INSIDE IR35

Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking for an Ad - Hoc HR Consultant on a contract basis working inside IR35.

Essential Skills

  • CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of successfully navigating and providing sound advice in relation to complex HR issues.
  • Ability to operate autonomously without pre-established HR policies in place.
  • Able to quickly gain the trust of senior stakeholders due to the credibility of HR advice provided.
  • Experienced in, and a sound understanding of:
  • Dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances;
  • Settlements;
  • TUPE;
  • Employment law.
