HR Coordinator - Independent Marketing Agency - London Hybrid working - £30,000

Our client is an independent marketing agency looking to hire a HR Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity

for someone that's looking to build their career in HR!

In this role you will be working closely and supporting the senior leadership with all things HR, duties include:

• Ownership of the full employee lifecycle for all employees - Recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation
• Maintenance and development of all company policies in line with industry best practices
• Drive company culture, arrange and support events and socials
• Office support - Day-to-day office maintenance

What we're looking for:

• Educated to degree level achieving 2.1 and above
• Experience in HR, Recruitment or office management
• Ideally some experience in HR policies, principles and best practices
• Incredible organisational and time management skills
• Fantastic people skills and a proactive person
