Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a great law firm in London, who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience working within a HR role, in a professional services firm. You will also need to have good working knowledge of HR protocols and be able to work on your own initiative most of the time. A CIPD Level 3 Qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential if you are qualified in terms of experience and are willing to work towards gaining this.

Duties within this role will be very varied, as listed below:

  • Managing any employee enquiries.
  • Generating correspondence to the relevant people.
  • Preparing contracts of employment.
  • Maintaining the HR System, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date.
  • Helping with payroll duties and salary reviews.
  • Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes.
