Our client, based near Colchester, is one of the UK’s fastest-growing broadband providers specializing in delivering high-speed, full-fibre broadband services primarily to rural communities. They are seeking a talented People Coordinator to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

As a People Coordinator, you will facilitate recruitment, learning and development, HR-related tasks, and assist with payroll.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the recruitment process and collaborating with managers on effective hiring strategies.

• Managing candidate pipelines, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment systems.

• Supporting the People Strategy and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Coordinating apprenticeships and handling training inquiries.

• Supporting the employee lifecycle and handling first-line HR queries.

• Managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.

• Assisting with HR projects, maintaining documentation, and planning company events.

• Overseeing the HRIS and coordinating office facilities.
