HR Coordinator

FTC 12-month contract.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000

Your new company Hays are excited about working with a nationwide agricultural business based at one of their sites in Selby, who are looking to appoint an HR Coordinator for a 12-month FTC maternity cover contract.
Your new role
This role will be reporting to the CFO and work alongside a newly appointed business partner, who will offer support.

  • Providing HR support to the management team across three sites.
  • Dealing with various HR queries
  • ER case management - dealing with disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals - this is not a large proportion of the role.
  • Absence Management
  • Recruitment - supporting the managers with high- and low-level recruitment, offer letters, contracts etc.
  • Onboarding
  • Off-boarding
  • Weekly HR KPI reporting
  • Check the weekly wages for each site and highlight any anomalies. Make sure there are no working time breaches, including agency hours.
  • Check and approve the monthly payroll for your sites.
  • Holiday cover for the weekly wages
  • Audit support for technical audits
