HR Data Analyst - Real Estate 

6 Months Contract / Inside IR35 / Hybrid / Central London / Immediate Start

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Real Estate & Property Services organisations. They specialise in helping their clients discover opportunities whilst delivering sustainable real estate solutions for long term performance and value.

What you’ll be doing:

The HR Data Analyst will perform a critical role within the People Services Team on a contract basis. You’ll be responsible for assisting with  the production and delivery of management information and reporting from all HR systems and the management (maintenance and development) of the HR database.

Are you excited by the prospect of working within a high volume, busy environment? Do you enjoy exposure to multiple, senior stakeholders whilst improving levels of communication, data quality and implementing process improvements? 

What we need you to bring to the business:

  • Ideally previous HR experience working within fast paced environments containing multiple systems and data touch points 
  • Able to proactively identify issues with HR data management and propose innovative solutions
  • Self starter and able to develop service enhancements to the Peoplenet HR system
  • Team player - willingness to actively support wider HR projects
  • Problem solver - appreciate ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
  • Strong Excel skills
