Job Overview:
As the HR Director you will be responsible for designing and implementing the People strategy to support the strategic growth of Pivot Group across the UK education sector. This role will oversee talent growth and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and overall HR policies and procedures to support a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.

About you
We are seeking a dynamic leader who is able to work both strategically and operationally, you will be highly collaborative in your approach and a pragmatist who instinctively knows where to add value. You will be able to act as a key sounding board for the senior leadership team across Pivot Group, facilitating the improvement of leadership qualities and hence individual and collective performance and culture.
