This role is fully on site and you will need to live a commutable distance from Wallingford.

This is an exciting role reporting to the MD of a prestigious client who is seeking an experienced HR and EA to support his growing business. You will support approximately 60 staff and deal with all HR issues and support the MD with general administration, events and office management tasks.

Your HR responsibilities will see you dealing with on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, training and benefits.

Your role:

  • Support Managing Director with external communications, diary management, travel, weekly priority report and ad-hoc requests.
  • General office management
  • Co-ordination of company events
  • Ownership of HR data system & support management
  • Administer company pension scheme, Health Insurance and compile annual data for life Insurance.
  • Recruitment and on-boarding of new employees including preparing offers, reference checks, contracts, inductions and probations.
  • Follow up reconciliation with purchase orders and recruitment costs data.
  • Undertake exit interviews and monitor the return of company equipment
  • Co-ordination of IT equipment with external provider
  • Co-ordination of company training

The person:

  • 3 + year's experience working within human Resources department and/or Executive Assistant Qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organisation skills & able to deal with changing priorities
  • Excellent to detail
  • Discreet and confidential

  • 25 days holiday rising to 28 with service
