Description

  • Provide HR guidance and support to all staff within the organisation.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support recruitment processes by assisting with job descriptions, interviews and selection.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage employee relations and onboarding and exit processes.
  • Conduct regular performance and salary reviews.

Profile

  • A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
