Established and growing US Law Firm is seeking to expand their existing HR team and are looking for an HR Generalist to join them on a permanent basis in their London office.

Salary to £60,000

Hybrid Working 3 in the office 2 remote

Candidates will be joining an excellent, professional team. Alongside this, the firm is going through an exciting stage of expansion and this new addition to the generalist HR team, will play a key role in assisting facilitating this.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

  • Work closely with the HR Supervisor, Head of HR and the wider team to support across all generalist HR functions.
  • Assist in the end to end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and assisting in the development of strategy.
  • Oversee ER issues
  • Assist in payroll and benefits processes.
  • Partner with wider HR teams to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Utilise and maintain HR databases ) Workday / AllHires / ADP etc.
  • Act as a known point of contact for the firm for HR queries.
  • Assist on key projects, prioritising and managing workloads.

Requirements of the HR Generalist:

  • Knowledge of general computer software and specialist HR systems (Workday / AllHires / ADP).
  • CIPD Qualified or in progress heavily beneficial.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of generalist HR functions including payroll.
  • Ability to juggle different projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
