HR Generalist
Frazer Jones are working with a International Law Firm who are looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor to their London team. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Advisor to feel like they add real value in an inclusive and collaborative working environment. Working in a small HR team and the role offers candidates a wide generalist remit.
They are open to candidates who are looking at taking a step up in their career to Advisor level and candidates already operating at that level.
The Role
As an HR Advisor you will play an essential part of the Advisory team, providing support for the fee earning population.
Role duties:
· Run employee relations cases for your client groups
· Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs
· Compensation and Benefits
· Supporting with the annual pay review
· Mentor the HR administrator
· Help drive business performance
· Working closely with the Reward team regarding renumeration process
· Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
