Frazer Jones are working with a International Law Firm who are looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor to their London team. The Role

As an HR Advisor you will play an essential part of the Advisory team, providing support for the fee earning population.

Role duties:

· Run employee relations cases for your client groups

· Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs

· Compensation and Benefits

· Supporting with the annual pay review

· Mentor the HR administrator

· Help drive business performance

· Working closely with the Reward team regarding renumeration process

· Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
