Job title: HR Generalist
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40k - £45k

I am working with a reputable organisation based in Manchester who are looking for a HR Generalist on a 12 month FTC. This is a fast paced generalist role, working within a wider HR team and will have a focus on ER, project work and varied duties across the wider function.

- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Managers
- Supporting and coaching Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases
- Providing advice to employees and people Managers about employment-related issues
- Managing absence cases of long- and short-term duration
- Supporting the business and wider HR department with managing change processes
- Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity
- Compliance administration
- Carrying out reviews on the internal reward and benefits offered
- Project-work opportunities across new and ongoing projects

*CIPD level 5 is desirable for this role or equivalent experience.
