We are recruiting for a HR Generalist for a leading manufacturing organisation located in Macclesfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Description

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Maintaining employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Overseeing performance management and employee development programmes.
  • Handling employee relations, addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and HR corporate policies.
  • Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.

Profile

A successful HR Generalist should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
