HR Generalist
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support for our client in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of HR functions, from handling Employment Relations (ER) cases, to advise managers in best practices. This a 3 month temporary role, fully on-site.

Description
- Get involved in aspects of recruitment, including advertising, screening, and interviewing
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good use of HR systems and databases
- Ability to handle ER cases and problem solving skills
