We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. The HR Intern will support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in HR to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in a professional work environment.

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating inductions, and assisting with the setup of employee records.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and policy reviews.

What You'll Need:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate / postgraduate, seeking a placement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
