An international bank based in Central London are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team. 

This role offers hybrid working – three days per week in the office and two days per week working from home. 

This role would suit a HR generalist with strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience working for an SME within the banking or financial services sector, experience working for a multinational organisation is desirable. 

As the HR Manager you will be comfortable working in a generalist HR role with a focus on people and engagement. You will be managing a small HR team of two to help deliver HR strategy and operations to the London branch of the organisation. 

Your key responsibilities as HR Manager will include managing the HR team and providing a HR advisory service to the managers and department heads. You will annually review employee appraisals and policies and procedures, conduct mandatory training, you will keep the employee benefits package under review and head up recruitment and payroll for the London branch. 

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and will have experience managing a HR team. You will be confident with UK employment law and have experience working within banking or the wider financial services sector. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with employees at all levels.

The salary on offer is between £90,000 - £100,000 per annum plus a benefits package which includes a generous biannual bonus which typically is around 30% annually.
