My client is a trailblazer within the Fine Dining / Wine Sector.

They are hiring a People Partner to define and lead the development of the team, both existing and new.

At my client they believe that people are at the heart of everything they do, and this strategy starts with having the right team in place.

The People Partner will oversee all HR-related processes, from onboarding to performance reviews, and will revise policies to reflect the evolving needs of our teams and businesses.

They will support functional managers in their hiring and management needs and will manage the Office Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the offices.

This person will also collaborate with the MD on initiatives related to culture development, team-building activities, and strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

? Provide guidance and thought partnership to senior management and employees across a wide-range of HR matters spanning the full employee life-cycle for all types of workers

? Foster a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of their professional goals and the organisation's objectives

? Advise and manage high-level, sensitive, or critical employee relations issues

? Lead and support the creation and execution of HR tools, metrics and analytics

? Partner with both businesses to drive solutions and strategy for company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, performance management, training, etc.)

? Develop on boarding process for new joiners, building on status quo, and managing it moving forward (with the hiring manager)

Requirements

? CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification or relevant experience

? At least 3 years demonstrable experience of working within a professional HR traded environment to build relationships, generate business, and deliver excellent service

? Proven track record of developing and implementing process and systems and providing professional advice in complex organisations and across systems including multiple workforces

? Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with decision makers
