Bramah HR is recruiting for an HR Manager to join one of our incredible clients based close to Exminster in Devon. A unique opportunity to join a genuinely forward thinking business with a fantastic sociable and collaborative environment offering a fantastic package. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implementing HR strategies to support the organisation's goals driving engagement and creating a culture like no other!

Responsibilities:
- Utilise HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively
- Supervise the wider HR team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage the recruitment process, including using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring procedures
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address HR-related issues
- Work closely with the Head of HR to drive engagement and promote a collaborative culture

Skills:
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR practices
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in HRIS software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
