Ashley Kate are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a great business as they look to recruit for a Permanent HR Manager, based in Leeds.

HR Manager

Full time and permanent

Leeds based - hybrid working

Up to circa £58k

As the HR Manager, you will support and contribute to the business strategy by providing a proactive professional and commercial HR service in line with regulations, employment law and HR best practise.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Oversee and support across the full employee life-cycle, providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of the employee journey.

-Management of HR projects, working closely with the Head of HR.

-Develop and implement effective change management solutions to ensure successful implementation of organisational design.

-Direct line management of a HR Advisor.

-Collate and analyse data, providing reports to identify trends and risks.

We are looking for:

-Proven experience working as a HR Manager, managing the full employee lifecycle.

-Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.

-HR experience gained within a professional services environment.

-Strong experience with HR Systems.

-Strong understanding and proven experience managing ER casework, Performance management and organisational development.
