Summary:

HR Manager

Stand alone HR manager with a team to support. Monday to Friday with 2pm finish. Opportunity for candidates ready for the next step in their career.

Working with this successful and well established multi-site manufacturing business to recruit a HR Manager with responsibility for HR strategy. You will work closely with Directors and managers to provide HR solutions. The role will cover all aspects of HR to include Employee relations, policy and procedure implementation, organisational change, talent management and succession planning. You will also lead and deliver on projects. The successful candidate could be ready for the next step up with the drive to develop further.

The role itself
  • Working with senior leadership team to support throughout the business
  • Providing sound ER advice and support
  • Lead on strategic initiatives covering learning and development and reward
  • Lead on new projects
  • Responsible for HR policy and process throughout the business
  • HR data reporting / analysis
  • Install company values to ensure high performing culture
  • Coach and mentor other HR staff
 
The Candidate
  • Experience of working in a similar generalist role
  • A sound knowledge of employment law
  • Confident to engage and partner with the senior leadership team
  • Used to providing solutions to challenges
  • Hands on, ability to deliver with a practical approach
  • A confident, positive, engaging role model with excellent communication skills
  • CIPD level 5, equivalent or above
