HR Manager
Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our professional services client as they recruit for a HR Manager to join their team. The business have gone through growth through acquisition over recent years, and developed a HR team based at their Ascot office. there is a hybrid approach to work and some travel required to other sites.
As the HR lead for the business, you will work closely with, and partner key heads of departments in the day to day management of HR and people issues. This business offer a fast paced culture, we seek a candidate who can adapt to a changing environment and influence key decision makers.
The management, development and support of the HR team is a key role, overseeing the function to ensure HR, payroll remains and efficient operation.
With key HR projects on the horizon, it's essential that the HR manager has experience in managing change, in particular around, acquisitions, mergers, harmonisation, TUPE, restructure, engagement, ideally within a professional services/financial services background.
