A successful Events business based in West London are looking for HR/Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, coupled with excellent organisational and multitasking skills. As the HR/Operations Manager you will manage and mentor a small team, providing HR support for circa 50 permanent employees and approx. 1000 seasonal events staff. You will be a crucial figure within the organisation, dealing with stakeholders across the business, ensuring the business operates seamlessly and acting as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director. This dual-role position is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a productive office environment.

Key responsibilities for the HR/Operations Manager are to develop and monitor the overall HR processes, systems, and procedures across the organisation, ensuring legal compliance and best practice. As an experienced people manager, you will guide and support a small team across end-to-end HR including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, ER, HR policies and admin processes.  You will produce regular reports for the Senior Leadership Team and provide support through HR metrics. In addition to overseeing the HR function you will manage the outsourced payroll function, ensuring that all employee data is accurate and compliant, coordinate all office equipment/technology needs and negotiate with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a HR Management role.

In-depth knowledge of Employment law and HR best practices.

Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exemplary written and spoken communication skills.



The salary on offer is up to £50,000 p.a. plus benefits and opportunity for professional development.
