Reed HR have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR Manager to join our client in Woking.

As the HR Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of HR operations within our organisation.

Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive company culture, and ensuring that HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract top talent to our team.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Create and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the market.
  • Handle HR-related compliance and legal matters, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare relevant reports for senior management.
  • Oversee the HR team and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
  • CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
